Our mission is to address the chronic economic disparity in Afro-descendant communities. Through new technologies and innovative initiatives, we aim to foster sustainable models of prosperity in order to cater to the specific issues that affect the socio-economic aspect of our communities. Together, we strive to connect to achieve one goal: UP - Unite and Thrive.

0rijin is a non-profit organization dedicated to the economic development of Afro-descendant people and the strengthening of their economic, financial and social roles through technology and new models of acquisition and distribution of wealth. 0rijin seeks to address chronic economic inequalities in Afro-descendant communities. We want to encourage targeted people to invest in their financial health by buying and consuming in Afro-descendant businesses.

Our approach

By default, our impact is manifold; each black entrepreneur identified and supported becomes an agent of positive change in the Montreal, Quebec and Canadian communities in the economic development sector. By proposing a multidisciplinary approach, we wish to offer companies that have been in business for at least one year, the opportunity to expand their capacity during their digital transformation. The citizens who buy from these companies, in turn, participate in becoming a positive influence in society.
